NUTRIEN CLASSIC CAMPDRAFT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Nutrien Classic Campdraft will be conducted under National Campdraft Council of Australia (NCCA) rules and regulations with an indemnity waiver to be signed prior to competing. The NCCA rules and regulations and the indemnity waiver can be obtained from Nutrien Tamworth.
  2. Riders must be at least 15 years of age on the day to compete.
  3. Horses are not eligible if they are not transferred into the purchaser’s name. This is mandatory.
  4. Entries must be completed by owners wishing to enter horses in the Nutrien Classic Campdraft.
  5. Horses and owners will only be eligible for the prizemoney that attaches to the $100,000 Nutrien Classic Campdraft if all the following conditions are complied with:
    • The horse was purchased at a previous Nutrien Classic Sale and remains owned by the original purchaser.
    • The horse is 5 years old or under at the date of the Nutrien Classic Campdraft. (NOTE: All horses will be aged based on the 1st August each year).
    • A horse can be entered in multiple Nutrien Classic Campdrafts whilst they are under the age of 5, but if they win any Nutrien Classic Campdraft, they become ineligible to compete in future Nutrien Classic Campdrafts.
    • No horse is eligible to compete in the Nutrien Classic Campdraft if it was sold at the Nutrien Classic Sale by the vendor to a purchaser that is related to the vendor either by syndicate, company or family.

 

4CYTES MASTERS CAMPDRAFT TERMS & CONDITIONS - $330

  1. The Masters Campdraft will be conducted under National Campdraft Council of Australia (NCCA) rules and regulations with an indemnity waiver to be signed prior to competing. The NCCA rules and regulations and the indemnity waiver can be obtained from Nutrien Tamworth.
  2. Riders must be at least 15 years of age on the day to compete.
  3. Horses are not eligible if they are not transferred into the purchaser’s name.
  4. Entries must be completed by owners wishing to enter horses in the Masters Campdraft.
  5. Horses and owners will only be eligible for the prize money that attaches to the Masters Campdraft if all the following conditions are complied with:
    • The horse was purchased at the 2019 Nutrien Classic Sale and remains owned by the original purchaser.
    • The horse is aged 6 years or older at the time of the running of the event. (NOTE: All horses will be aged based on the 1st August each year).
    • Horses may not be ridden by any prior vendor, trainer or any persons with prior involvement with the horse. The same rider is to compete in all rounds of the competition.
    • No horse is eligible to compete in the Masters Campdraft if it was sold at the Nutrien Classic Sale by the vendor to a purchaser that is related to the vendor either by syndicate, company or family.

 

 

 

MARTINS STOCK HAULAGE OPEN CAMPDRAFT TERMS & CONDITIONS - $330

  1. Each vendor/purchaser from the 2019 Nutrien Classic Sale is limited to two entries in the Martins Stock Haulage Open Campdraft.
  2. Riders must be at least 15 years of age on the day to compete.
  3. The Martins Stock Haulage Open Campdraft will be conducted under National Campdraft Council of Australia (NCCA) rules and regulations with an indemnity waiver to be signed prior to competing. The NCCA rules and regulations and the indemnity waiver can be obtained from Nutrien Tamworth.
  4. Entries must be completed by owners wishing to enter horses in the Martins Stock Haulage Open Campdraft.
  5. Horses and owners will only be eligible for the Martins Stock Haulage Open Campdraft if they were either vendors or purchasers at the 2019 Nutrien Classic Sale.
  6. This vendor or purchaser entity is then entitled to enter a maximum of two horses, either of Novice or Open status, to compete in the Martins Stock Haulage Open Campdraft. These horses must be solely owned by the entity that qualified as a vendor or purchaser in 2019.
  7. A rider can ride any eligible horse; however, a rider is limited to a maximum of two first round runs in the Martins Stock Haulage Open Campdraft.
  8. An eligible horse may be changed up until the start of the competition, providing the new horse meets the qualifying requirements for the Campdraft.

 

 

THE DALGETY STALLION SHOOTOUT TERMS & CONDITIONS - $440

  1. Stallions must have progeny in the 2019 Nutrien Classic Sale.
  2. Riders must be at least 15 years of age on the day to compete.
  3. Progeny may be entered into the sale by someone other than the stallion owner.
  4. Stallions must have qualified and competed in the 2019 Martins Stock Haulage Open Campdraft.
  5. The competition will run over three rounds as follows:
    • Round 1- Outdoor one round Campdraft (1 Judge)
    • Round 2- Outdoor one round Campdraft (1 Judge)
    • Round 3- Indoor Cut-out. (2 Judges)
  6. All three rounds of the Dalgety Stallion Shootout will be conducted under National Campdraft Council of Australia (NCCA) rules and regulations with an indemnity waiver to be signed prior to competing. The NCCA rules and regulations and the indemnity waiver can be obtained from Nutrien Tamworth.

 

 

THE PRYDE’S EASIFEED AUSTRALIAN PERFORMANCE HORSE CHALLNGE - $330

  1. The challenge will run over two full rounds with a final, with round 1 to be a pre advertised dry working pattern that will take place in the AELEC indoor arena.
  2. Riders must be at least 15 years of age on the day to compete.
  3. The round 1 dry pattern is planned to become a standard one for each year allowing competitors to train for this as well as a standard finals pattern annually.
  4. Round 2 of the challenge will be an indoor working cow event, with a standard pattern for both the round and the final. All finalists will then complete the dry work & immediately follow on and complete their cow work section in draw order allowing each competitor to complete both finals patterns in a finals event.
  5. Entry is open to any horse that remains five (5) years or younger at the time of the competition. (NOTE: All horses will be aged based on the 1st August each year).
  6. Horses must remain in the ownership of the entity that purchased the horse from a previous Nutrien Classic Sale. Change of ownership will disqualify horses from being eligible for the event.
  7. Horses may be ridden by any nominated rider, with the same rider to compete in all rounds of the competition.

CHARLIE MAHER MEMORIAL YOUNG GUNS CAMPDRAFT TERMS & CONDITIONS - $175

  1. The Charlie Maher Memorial Young Guns Campdraft will be conducted under National Campdraft Council of Australia (NCCA) rules and regulations with an indemnity waiver to be signed prior to competing. The NCCA rules and regulations and the indemnity waiver can be obtained from Nutrien Tamworth.
  2. Open to competitors aged 15 & under 25 years at the day of competition. These competitors are able to have up to two runs, competing on horses that are qualified & competing in one of the other Campdraft events. Therefore a horse entered in the Classic, Masters or Open competition.
  3. The draft will be run over two rounds with the second round being a final that will be run in conjunction with our Tuesday night finals program.
  4. Competitors aged under 21 years, must have either sold or purchased a horse in their own name at the 2019 event, or their parents have sold or purchased a horse at the 2019 event.
  5. Competitors aged 21 & under 25 years must either sell or purchase a horse in their own right. As has been the case in previous years, horses nominated MUST ALSO be qualified and entered in another campdraft at the event, with all competitors limited to two first round runs.
